I ordered a replacement rubber from the StampStore and when it wasn't quite what I wanted, they happily replaced it.
Australia Post then mislaid that and a new one was made and sent. Pity about the mix-ups but the customer service and follow ups were great. Happy to recommend. #reviewtowin
3 weeks to get a stamp that quoted 2-3 days, SIMPLE one line and image on stamp, extremely slow service, stamp finally arrived, self ink, cheapest type of keyring stamp you could imagine, trying to even use the stamp you get ink all over you. It a small rectangle stamp with a cover, self inking, with a key ring,( Yes a keyring attached ) that tells you how cheap. VERY DISSAPOINTED, would not reccommend and will never use again. Rediculous slow service and quality of product.
Hi, sorry to hear you have had a problem. Our stamps are usually shipped very fast within a few days. We process thousands of orders every month and have very few customers with bad experiences. The pocket stamp that you ordered is a quality stamp. I'm not quite sure how you are getting ink on yourself when using it. The pictures on the website clearly show the stamp and the keychain. If you have received a faulty stamp, please let us know and we will gladly replace it or refund you if you return the stamp to us.
