After choosing Stannards to clean my wedding dress based on their long history and great reviews online, it’s definitely a decision I regret!

I brought my wedding dress to have it cleaned and stains removed along the train, but ended up having it returned with the bodice and sash darkened a grey “tarnished” shade, snagged threads, holes in the netting and sections of missing beads. Admittedly, the dress is delicate, so a loss of a few beads is understandable.
