According to Startrack computer, tracking my parcel was "on board for delivery". As the item needed to be signed for I stayed within ten feet of my front door from 7:30 am. At 3:25pm went outside to check the letterbox and found a card saying that delivery had been attempted at 4pm and that no-one was at home and so my parcel could be collect from the local post office. Rang Startrack immediately to complain and was told delivery could be attempted again - in two days. I asked to speak to a manager and was told none were available. Their drivers do not know how to knock on doors and cannot tell the time. No-one knocked on my door and as stated above I found the "sorry we missed you" card at 3.25pm stating delivery had been attempted at 4pm. In fact, this is the second time this has happened to us. Do not even deserve a half star rating. Absolute rubbish service.
Not even worth the half star rating - ABSOLUTELY USELESS - tried to arrange a re-delivery, was advised would arrive in the next two days, told on the 2nd day that was 'not loaded', so would arrive after the weekend, 3 days later. Decided to pick up from the depot, but was told they would need to find it first, so would have their 'Investigator' call me back by the end of the business day...too late. What a useless courier company. Avoid buying from online companies that use Star Track Express.
Can't get hold of star track, their Perth number is not connected. Rang their national number after an attempted delivery but nobody home so my package has returned to the depot. It will be delivered again after the weekend but again, nobody will be home in the morning. Asked if it could be delivered after lunch time, not possible to ask for afternoon delivery. I want to pick it up myself now but can't contact them locally. Frustrating
Would like to know HOW Erikh Wrig got throught to a real person at
the national call center? All I can get is a machine telling me to
press numbers. Don't think I will ever see my parcel arrive before my
phone bill bankrupts me.
Must be the worst managed Star Track Depot in Australia. Not only do they not deliver on time, they consistently loose freight and we can't speak to anyone at the depot to get anything resolved.
I purchased insulated roofing panels from EzyFinish for $2626.46 THREE MONTHS ago and still no delivery. I have now left 22 messages and not one call has been responded to.
Adam Michael Bond has taken my $$$$ and has not supplied the product. Don't buy product from Adam Bond or EzyFinish or EzyClad who have actually gone onto liquidation.
I had a package come from East Au in 3 days to Perth, to deliver it the 10 kilometers to my house took 12 Days and endless phone calls from Me not Them.The Driver saying I just couldn't find it.I live at The biggest Wildlife Tourist attraction in perth....In a suburb with one house Whiteman Park...The easiest place to find in Perth. I made very clear delivery directions and gave my mobile number to help any driver about 6 times......Just DON"T use this Company....or You will be sorry frustrated and angry!
