Chris & Bev were so friendly and did a great job cleaning the carpet in our master bedroom and cleaning a mattress. I was so surprised when they were able to remove a drink stain from a mattress that had been there for a long time. They did say there was a chance it may not come out as it had been there for so long, but it looked brand new after they finished. Great service & price for a job well done! Would highly recommend with confidence to anyone looking for carpet or mattress cleaning!
I called Bev and Chris out to give me a quote for my carpets and lounge. They drove all the way to Norman Park from Ipswich obligation free and provided a very reasonable price. While they were here, I asked them if they knew anyone that did bond cleans. Fortunately for me, they did. I can't speak highly enough of this family owned company and their work. My carpets and lounge look brand new and the rest of the house is sparkling from top to toe. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and will certainly be handing out the cards they left to anyone that needs their services. Thanks Bev and Chris for your prompt, reliable, friendly and very reasonably priced work. I will certainly use your services again.
Bev and Chris hands down run the best carpet cleaning business around. So friendly and put 110% into their work. I have 3 children and pets and I couldn't believe how new and fresh the carpets looked after they finished. I honestly didn't think it was possible. Thanks so much guys your awesome. Very unhappy with the service. Were quoted $45 a room, only using their service because it was preferred by our realestate. Did not show till almost an hour late without an earlier curtesy call to inform us. Then at the completion of the job claimed to have been underpaid because the quoted price did not include gst. Beyond unimpressed would not use again. Very rude service.

Sounds more like very rude customer with unreasonable expectations to me. I couldn't speak highly enough of them. See my review above.
I will agree with this comment as I am the one who received the rude comments. Terrible business and would not reckamend to anyone and this isnt being rude its being honest. We were told a different amount therefore didnt have THERE amount at the time of pay which was just GST. After being over and hour late a good business would have just waved it, then it would be a different story instead i received unnessary verbal abuse. I will be telling everyone i know of this episiode as its hard to forget! Very disappointing.
Haydos88....you knew exactly what the quoted price ( including GST ) at the time you phoned to make a booking.... You even repeated the price to me!
We normally only do commercial work on Saturdays and not residential, but to help you out we agreed to do book you in. We never know if we are going to get held up at any prior jobs so I make a point to make sure all customers know we will be there "around" a given time and if we are held up I always try to phone the customer to keep them informed. Your case was no different as I tried to phone you but it rang out without going to any form of voicemail, so I then proceeded to send you a text message.
