Statesman Homes

At first we thought it was a good idea to build with statesman but then engineers report came back and they wanted an extra 20k plus. We were given 2 options cut and fill which they said retaining walls for 1.7m and 1.9m or a split level home (would be over 1m drop and need steps inside) doesn't work when you have family members with disability. We took this further with our council and are architect.These were the only options that unfortunately won't work and council will only allow 1.2 Max retaining walls.
