Steel Tree @ Settlers

Bad service. Simply ignored to serve people that fit their clientele presumably. Won't ever be returning. Hard to support local business when they're so rude to actual locals.

We have just had our anniversary Dinner here at Steel Tree Baldivis.........Staff were very friendly and helpfull .....food was delicious.........thanks girls

I have been to the steel tree baldivis twice.once i went with my partner, my meal was fine but his steak which we ordered as medium well and it was burnt beyond recognition in the end it was nice we got the meal for free which was good.

second time it was worse.

i went for a sunday lunch with my friend and asked for a table for 2.there were plenty of other seating but in the end we got the one in the corner near the entry way that had food all over it.when we changed we ordered our meals.the staff that was doing the ordering i am disgusted in.

i have never been treated at a restaurant as i was with them. Staff was rude and felt like when we were ordering we were keeping them from something better, staff dismissed us and pretty much dumped the food on the table.also to mention that we were missing components of our food.ill be going back to rockingham thankyou

I went on Sunday for lunch with a friend we ordered our lunch it was given to us in the rudest way the worker had a sour face and basically dumped out food in front of us making us feel uncomfortable and as if we had inconvenienced them by being there, pretty poor serivce I won't be going again there was one lovely wait staff who I observed serving other customers, this is my first ever review but I feel that no paying customer should feel like they are burden when they are ordering or paying for their meal
