I joined Step into Life with the specific goal of shifting those sneaky kilos that crept on when I moved to Australia a couple of years ago. Even though I was exercising, I came to realise that I needed a different approach to get the desired results. The Step into Life program offers a range of different classes, so that you don't get 'stuck in a rut'; coupled with their enthusiastic support and professionalism, I have regained my motivation and seen my fitness level improve and as a result, those pesky kilos are disappearing. I also find the group sessions friendly and sociable, making exercising much less of a chore! I couldn't recommend Step into Life highly enough.
I would absolutely recommend group personal training with Simon and Ananda. They are very inspiring and caring. The training is stimulating and fun! During the time I have been attending the sessions my fitness and health have certainly improved. The thirty day challenge seems to solidify the changes to my lifestyle. Exceeds expectations!
Step into life has become an essential part of my life (although not quite as essential as family). The program of exercise is very well thought out and Simon and his crew keep us all informed, interested and involved. Simon is very diligent and is an easy going communicator and motivator. My investment in this program has been well worth it and justifies the very positive rating which I am more than happy to give.
I rang Simon with a specific goal - I'd put on 30 kg when I was pregnant with my twins a year earlier, and was sick of feeling fat and frumpy! I had actually tried ringing a few personal trainers, and felt that Simon was the one who asked the right questions regarding my health and fitness, was prompt in getting back to me with information, and was happy to work around my constraints having three young children.

I joined a running group with Step into Life Willoughby earlier this year in order to prepare for the SMH Half Marathon. I hated running and had never run a half marathon before, but I knew that the training would be good for me and running a half marathon would be something great to achieve just before my 40th birthday. Simon, our trainer, was fantastic and built our running fitness up gradually over a period of about 10 weeks. I slowly turned from somebody who hated running to somebody who gets a real buzz out of it! I cannot believe how much I enjoyed actually running the half marathon, and I am looking forward to running another one. I feel fitter and healthier than I ever have, and I can, without hesitation, recommend Step into Life Willoughby to people of all fitness levels.
