bracelet noticeably discoloured took for a replacement they would not reorder same bracelet had 3 staff being extremely hostile and was yelled at in front of my young daughter and was threatened to never to come back because they would not replace or even try to find same bracelet
this bracelet was bought for semimetal reasons and was the exact same as my daughters which were bought together this is why it needs to be the same
I never was hostile back I was sad they wouldn’t help find a solution
