I have to argue with some of the reviews here very expensive $560 for a blocked drain when questioned about the price got told it took nearly 2 and half hours and that $220 per hour was a good price wow what was I supose to say to that but Thank you
Unfortunately it is very disappointing that a comment is made when there has been no direct contact with the client, but thru a third "source". It was suggested to the agent that the client contact to discuss, but has chosen to not do so. The job in question was requested as URGENT, and as such was found to be so on attendance, with the clients tenants unable to use any facilities (due to very heavy tree root intrusion into the complete main sewer line and branch lines) and with the work not completed until 6pm.
We do value any and all comments, as stated previously, and would hope that clients would convey their grievances or otherwise personally to enable a mutual understanding of works undertaken.
Yes this is why I did not comment on the job you did because it was though a 3rd party I am just letting everyone know what you told me was your hourly rate which was $220 per hour I am sure the job you have done is fine but in my opinion not worth $220 at least now other people who read this wont get a shock when you charge them thank you

Yep i recommend you look elsewhere, charged me a ridiculuous amount for a short visit, with virtually no travel time as we live in the same area.
My my figuring, his charge when converted out to an hourly rate is above what you expect to pay a specialised doctor.
I will never, ever use this guy again! I hope that 'cash' you raked from me was worth it!
