Came to help even though he was busy, cheap and affordable and had a smile on his face!
Called stevenson machanical out to fix an oil leak on our kia carnival they charged us $800 to fix it, after they left the car was still leaking oil he came back once to wipe the oil off and has not been back since and that was over a month ago. Now they do not answer their phone and will not reply to messages we have a young family and we cant afford to fix the car so now we have no family car. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional mechanic like this before its extremely frustrating.
After charging 800 to fix and the problem was not fixed, shouldn't it have been free call out until the problem was in fact "fixed"?
I don't understand the moral concept this person must have had after quoting a price to fix the problem then walking away with your money and the problem not fixed! Especially being left with the family car not working and on top a useless bill. Very poor conduct
