We take any complaints from clients seriously and do our best to resolve them. I have spoken with Glen personally and pointed out the factual inaccuracies in his review. For this project we worked at no charge for an extra two months. When he said he was going to publish the review, we also did a free 1 month FB campaign which gained 171 interactions. When the FB campaign ended, the review was then published. Whilst we doubled Glen's traffic from Google, his online presence had some unique challenges. StewArt Media have a few positive scrolling reviews on their website, not many, not all are credited, one says CEO but do not say what company. I see that there is a logo to the left hand side which correspond with the signature...this was unclear to me at the time
"no charge for an extra two months" - that is a factual inaccuracy. I paid for 4 months SEO I got 4 months SEO...I did not get 6 months SEO
Hi Glen, as I have explained to you on the phone we kept working on your site until Sept and we started in Feb. We actually dedicated a lot more time on a monthly basis to your site than what you were paying for because of your situation. You will be glad to know that Google finally did a Penguin update last week and as a result your rankings have jumped up again. My advice would be to continue to keep an eye on those bad backlinks and disavow them as they arise
