Stewart Toyota

This is the worst deal of my life with Stewart Toyota Sutherland. The log book and spare keys were not inside thet car and they told me we will send them to you shortly. Still I am waiting after ten days? does it have to be that long?

I will NEVER take my car back to Stewart Toyota Sutherland. I wont discuss in this review but i have certainly taken it up with complaints at taren point. If they dont address the issue i will contact Head Office in Japan

I've had three experiences with the Stewart Toyota mechanical team, and I want to start this off by saying, yes it’s quite a rant, and no not all Toyota places are the same. Toyota typically have awesome mechanics, but unfortunately that has not been my experience here. I have been involved with small businesses for quite some time, and I understand you can have good days and bad days. I simply want to recount my experiences here and let others judge for themselves. (My mum despite seeing my struggles, is still a fan of their service)

Even though they are the Dealer, they refused to transfer the registration out of my name and sold my trade in on in my name!

Bought a Toyota and the paint cracked- they rekon its from bird poo and even though its under warranty refuse to fix it!!! Ridiculous!!!
