Julie Mannaseh has been my doctor for quite some time now, I have the greatest confidence in her ability regarding my health and well-being. She is a compassionate person who takes the time to listen. I am very thankful for her expertise and professional advice.

Recently attended this practice for the first time as they are a Travelvax clinic. Saw Dr Cullingford who was very efficient and pleasant. Then had 3 vaccinations which I barely felt! Same with blood tests. Barely felt any needles, and very quick. Karina and Viola - best nurses ever!!!

Have been going to Dr. Cullingford for many, many years. He is an absolute gentleman, very thorough and attentive & despite running over my 15 minutes on occasion I have never felt hurried along or rushed. No matter how awkward the visit it's like discussing the weekend's plans with a good friend.

Can't say much for the girls up front, they're curt & unpleasant in general.

Waiting room is great, huge with a massive selection of fairly current reading material.

Last week I went to Dr Julie Manasseh to get some test results which I had not been sent. After an hour waiting I finally got to see her and she wasn't even sure what I was there for. When I asked for a copy of my results I was told it was clear but she didn't want to print it for me. My old GP always gave me a copy of my results. She is not very informative. She then diagnosed me without even looking at the form I had filled out or talking me through it, then got very defensive and even abusive when I questioned her about it saying I was not understanding her and that I was finding it difficult to communicate. Very bad service and she come across as quite arrogant.

I was looking for a lady doctor which is why I went to see her, but I was so dissapointed. I will not use Dr Manasseh again, and will try Dr Philippa Adams next time if I can get an appointment as I have been told she is very good and doesn't keep you waiting.

My doctor was on holiday, so had to see Dr Manasseh who was the only one on duty . My appointment was at 4 pm on a Wednesday. Did not get to see her till 5 pm. She had a trainee doctor with her who was doing all the diagnosing while Dr Manasseh just sat and asked me questions. What if the diagnosis was wrong by the trainee? What a waste of time !!! Will never agree to be seen by this doctor again!
