Hi there, I will increase my star rating once my issue is resolved. I called Storage King Bibra Lake on the 25th of November to notify them I was moving out. The lady I spoke to said I needed to give two weeks notice and would be charged for two weeks storage. Fair enough, so we agreed I would move out on the 10th December. However I noticed this morning that I have been charged for a full month. When I called the office to ask why I had been charged, I was told that the employee who had given me that information was new and that I would be charged the whole month. I was given that information in good faith by your employee, and whether she is new or not, I would like the half month fee refunded as I was informed.
I was very disappointed in my dealings with Storage King, Delacombe. Slugged me for $50 deposit, did not sign anything and was never told the deposit was non-refundable. When I first started storing my possessions 10 years ago in Grovedale, I could not fault Storage King. Storage King, Delacombe leave a lot to be desired for this once-trustworthy brand.

I have paid you for two weeks and i think you guys suspended my access,
This is not professional and i have to place a complaint to storage king head office.

I have had a storage shed with Storage King at Blacktown since at least 2005. For a lot of that time I actually had two storage sheds. Last week we told them that we would be emptying our second shed by next week (which was the required two weeks' notice) but because of the rain predicted for the next several days, we have made a huge effort and actually got it empty today, before the weekend and therefore before the two weeks' notice was up. Because we emptied the shed before the two weeks, they have refused to give us a refund on the rent which is paid up till the 20th. This is pretty lousy after all the years we have been paying them, and the huge increase in rent they have charged over the years. I give them 0 stars rating after this. Sandra and Peter Campbell
