bad information provided. Some of the staff are friendly but the rest are a waste of good fresh air. Sold me fish with white spot and then wanted to charge me for the chemicals to fix them. When i said i will just return the fish they told me i couldn't prove the fish already had white spot so they would not refund any money. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY DONT DESERVE YOUR MONEY.
Had an issue with cloudy water in my young daughters tank, diagnosed over the phone as my tank was overcrowded even though never had this problem before in 9 months. 2 goldfish in a 40 litre tank. thats overcrowding? you must be joking. how incompetent. even suggested it may be a inadequate filter problem also. I have a filter turning over 350 L/H for a 40l tank. rang Campbelltown pet & aquarium centre advised nitrate problem due to new filter, solved problem in a couple of days with water changes. After looking here I can see why they have so many bad ratings!!!
Totally overstocked. 1 Goldfish needs at least 40g (150 litres). I'm not a huge fan of the place but they are correct.
Absolutely pathetic, should be shut down. Spent over $2000 on a marine tank after i was led into believing the tank was suitable for marine fish only to find out later it isnt. The shop assistant knew what i wanted the tank for and lied when they sold it to me. The liverock isnt live and will crash your tank as they don't keep it submerged in water. corals dead in display window should be a warning to all. fish look unwell and many are dead. They supplied two different prices for the same item to my husband and i on the same day. very rude staff and badly managed. overpriced, shop elsewhere
I find the staff have great knowledge of all fish and know what types are good for your community. They also have a great understanding for water in your tank, take a sample to them and they will test it for you and then give you what you need to make the water best for your fish.
