BUYER BEWARE: Ordered online 2 pairs of runners, drove some distance to pick them up and Stringers Sports only had the one pair in stock. Purchased the 1 pair in store didn't relised until home I got charged for both. Rang to ask to post out second pair free of charge once in stock for the inconvenience. First customer service person obliged but then got handed over somebody else who reneged. Not great customer service at all!

Unfortunately I didnt read the store reviews before placing an online order. They simply dont have the stock they advertise on their website. They also fail to communicate with their customers. DON'T purchase from these people. You will be left frustrated and without the product you ordered. It is sad that so many companies are like this. I'll never order online from this company again.

I recently placed an order with Stringers on a Friday for a pick up purchase, I phoned the store at the end of the day and it rang out and went to voice mail so i left a message to find out how soon i could collect. I tried to call again several times on Monday, the phone again went to voice mail so i left another message. By the afternoon i sent an email requesting the same information. I received an email later that night saying that the shoes would need to be ordered in. I then did a search on reviews and found terrible reviews. I wrote back asking for a time frame. The response was 2 business days and that the shoes shoes should arrive and they would let me know. I emailed again on Thursday (4 business days later) of which i received no response.
