There must be a phenomena with hairdressers! They either don't listen to clients, or fail to comprehend what they are hearing.
First (and last) visit to this establishment, where I booked in for hair colour....viz....smoky grey with silver/white blonde contrast...lots of contrast. On seeing the colour, it looked more brown than smoky, with not much contast blonde, but I hoped that it would look different in different types of light. On arriving home, the colour is dark brown with (very little) GOLD blonde contrast. Even worse in direct sun light. I'm now using a clarifying shampoo to lighten/fade these horrible colours. Not good enough!!!! Money going down the drain with these hairdressers.
