Studio Bathroom Warehouse

Came back to buy a toilet for our extension to be picked up by courier the next day. Although this is the first time we purchased and paid over the phone, Young made us feel very assured as I was updated by SMS on the status especially when the toilet has been picked up by the courier. Received everthing in excellent condition, service was prompt, got what we ordered, and feel very well looked after. Thank you so much!! Double thumbs up from us for the excellent service.

As far as we know, this chap only work on weekdays. Different person on Saturday, and not the same person years ago. Ordered a couple of double kitchen sinks and some really large 700mm vessel basins to be picked up later, was concern as such sizes are not easy to find and tends to have a bit of warp. Customer service was A+! Order was ready before I can make room at the building site, best of all each basin was perfect and checked. He's a gun. Can't be happier!

Plenty of choices. More important to me they have stock if you stick to their preferred suppliers range. Need to go to their warehouse to pick up bath tubs and big orders though (about 10-15 min). Pretty fast for special order items anyway. So far no issue with what I bought.

If you want cheap and nasty things go to "Bunnxxgs" mate (good luck to that!). But if you looking for reasonable priced and quality stuff, good and helpful services look for this young lad behind the counter he knows his stuff.

I too would like to recommend this local retailer. In particular the very helpful staff who really went that extra mile in helping us to choose the right product and combination, I think his name is "Yong", very friendly, not hard push selling at all or get impatient when we do not buy on first visit like many others we encountered.
