Horrible, so so angry. Had my hair done 2 weeks ago. I am a mum so my hair is always pulled back, and am getting married in 6 weeks planning a pony hair style. Got a full head of foils ($250 later) and I now have to wear headbands to cover how uneven my hair is at the front. My left side has 1cm gap from my scalp to the foil colour, the right side has about 3cm gap and it's so clear, like they put a line down the centre of my head. Within 1 week my hair colour is now yellow, no longer blonde. Glad I did a test before the wedding day. I won't be returning. I have been going here for years, every time I go in there is all new staff. This should of been alarm bells to me. Now to find a new salon before my wedding day.
worst hair salon i have ever been to. I had to make an account just to post this review so no one else will end up in the same situation as i am right now. The staff are so condescending, i know i have not done a hairdressing degree however there is no need to speak to me like i just came out of the bloody womb. When i ask a question there is no need to reply like i have been shouting at you. second of all, they need to learn how to brush and wash my hair without ripping out half of my scalp. Even i, the unexperienced person knows that when you brush your hair you start from the bottom. I thought that everyone knew that but i was mistaken. This lovely hairsalon obviously does not teach their hairdressers how to brush someones hair correctly. Thirdly, i asked for half a head of foil and toner, i got quoted $169. Funny since the last time i came in i got a full head of foils, toner, hair treatment and cut and blowdry for a whopping $150. When i asked for an additional ...read more
Went to the salon last Tuesday had booked for a 1:00 appointment.I arrived early and asked if I could come in earlier I was told yes.Women with curly hair and glasses was lovely. The manager I’m assuming as everyone kept coming to her to ask questions was rude and unfriendly. When I sat down she said what do you want done I said half head foils she huffed walked off came back with foils I have never had someone so rushed and pull my hair like that.I had old magazines from 6 months ago when I asked for a new magazine she huffed and put one mag in front of me foils left on for 20 mins didn’t check them just washed them out.Couldnt get me out quicker. My hair takes a long time to develop so it was left very yellow and just horrible. So very dissapointed.Definitly don’t want to go back.Terrible service just terrible.Salon is old and in need of a facelift looks dirty and run down. Do not go there.
Omg. Looking for a new hairdresser in Sydney. Scalp bleach was disgusting, loads of gold left and silvery streaks. Not what I asked for, I wanted a creamy blonde, the apprentice Lucy said, just go home and wash it!!!!!. Paying $135.00 to go home and wash my hair???? I said you need to correct it, wasn't happy but corrected it. I think I saw at least 5 to 6 apprentices today, 3 for colour and 2 for cut and style including the manager. This is not acceptable. Spent nearly 4 hours in there which should only take 2 to 3 at the max!!!!! One of these juniors even burnt me while hair drying and was most put out when I said "ouch". Never offered tea or a coffee, never offered apology for long wait times or bad colour. Avoid this place like the plague unless you get some sort of kick out of bad service and spoken to like an idiot. At least when I was there told a prospecting client what I have been through and she walked out. She urged me too but I am not that type of person.
Good blowdry. Waited 20 minutes after having my hair washed. Old magazines provided to me. No offer of tea, coffee or water. The staff looked blank at me when I mentioned it. City prices in Hornsby so they need to look after their clients.
Nice staff apart from the above
