Was so happy that I finally discovered Sua hair salon at Chadstone. I have been permanently straightening my hair for a few years and my hair never takes very well to the process (as it is super curly and difficult). Robin and the team actually took the time to assess my hair and understood that all curly hair is equal. The team did an amazing job. I could not be more pleased with how my hair turned out. The price was reasonable and can’t wait to go back for a touch up. Thank you so much for taking the time and effort to ensure that a perfect result was evident.
I had my hair digitally permed by Sunny back in September 2016. I had "virgin hair", so that probably helped my results. I have been very happy with my results! The curls have mostly lasted until now! The bottom most layer of my hair is pretty much almost straight again, but this area has always been notorious for not being able to keep a curl even with heaps of styling products. The top most layer has remained nice and curly and bouncy, particularly if I've blow dried my hair using a styling / detangling mousse and a diffuser. I am booking in for another perm this week (hopefully if they can fit me in) as I need a hair refresher for multiple weddings and holidays I have planned over these coming months! Love it, couldn't recommend them more highly! :-)
I had my Shiseido permanent straightening done from Jina.
Have been hesitating for over a month to find the right place to get my hair straightening done as I had few of horrible experience from another places previously for many years (I have really thick, curly and frizzy hair originally.

Ive been really sad with the outcome of my permanent straightening with SUA. I got it done by another hairdresser, not Steve so I'm not sure if that was the problem. My hair ended up really frizzy and damaged. i called them up and they said that they wouldn't fix it unless it has melted off or burnt. If it is frizzy or look bleached they said they couldn't help and instead referred me to a treatment service instead. To those that are considering hair straightening with SUA I want to warn you. I'm not sure how it was before but when I went today, a guy who hasn't done a straightening job in years did it with another hairdresser. They thought I couldn't understand Korean and chatted the whole way through. They forgot to do a consultation with me first to discuss how much its gonna cost etc. And had to do it midway when I was already under the treatment. 4. YOU ARE MORE THAN WELCOME TO WASH YOUR HAIR EVEN JUST RIGHT AFTER THE STRAIGHTENING,
whoever says "do not wash for couple of days" might not even have a proper knowledge(Education)
in permanent straightening and Cysteine/Hydrogen bond combination.
IF YOU SHAMPOO AFTER THE PERMANENT STARIGHTENING AND IT TURNS TO WAVY OR CURLY to previous shape/structure,
that means the whole process was wrong.
Once the hair has been completely neutralized by Hydrogen peroxide neutralizer,
it won't change anything afterwards, if it does, as I mentioned above, whole process was wrong.
So please do not worry even if you will not hear anything about "no shampoo warnings" from your next hairdresser
(whoever will be) if the hairdresser confident in their job, YOU CAN DEFINITELY WASH YOUR HAIR.
