Suburban Pool & Spa Service

I had spent more than $10,000 with suburban going back a few years doing a heating system for my pool and so thought it was logical to drop in and ask for help when I had a filter failure.

Was quoted $1600 for the job, gave all my details and locked booking in - at the same the guy who helped said it was good as they weren’t too busy.

On the day of the booking, the guy who helped me rang up and said ‘the manager has said your place is too far away for us to do the work and we are really busy anyway! I said ‘so what you’re telling me Is that he just can’t be bothered doing it for me’ and he said ‘yeah guess so mate’.

So that’s the sort of after sales service you get from these jokers - a $1600 job ain’t enough to line their pockets and they don’t stand behind their own work! Avoid!

Disappointed, have had better service over the internet. Product i purchased had missing parts and store would not post parts, expected me to pick up until i kicked up a fuss. 1 minute store doesn't have parts and the next it does. Paid my money, 10 days later i still don't have a product that works - and they don't return calls.

I came to the shop and i had no clue about pools and the manager john helped me with all the things i needed and gave me some excellent advice. I highly recommend this business to anyone who is getting a pool or need help with their current pool.

When I went to Suburban Pool and Spa the staff there were kind to me and to my needs. When i went back James remembered my name and completed my water test. He explained everything i needed to do to the pool and was very helpful. I will be returning there quite often.
