I passed this place so many times by tram I decided to get off early and take a look inside. I left with a small hoard of licorice pieces and assorted chocolates. What a place, for kids of any age, 5 to 105. Everything is in glass containers so you can see them better and thus become seduced by them, as I was. Forget the Force, for even Luke Skywalker could not walk in and then out with empty hands
Sugar heaven for all the sweet tooths out there! It brings me back to my childhood walking through one of these candy stores or reminds me very much of Willy Wonker and Chocolate factory movie. The colour candies, the various shape and size. Its a self-service store, which is so bad for someone like me, as simply no self-control and want a bit of everything! An all-time favourite here if you havent already tried are the baby jellybeans. They are so flavoured; you can get just about every flavour possible from coconut, green apple, to papaya to coffee. Didnt think a candy store sold chocolates, initially thought it was just full of candies and lollies - but yes they have the lot. Additionally they also stock soft drinks, but not your everyday that you see at the supermarket, flavours such as Dr Pepper, cherry cola. Came in the other day to pick up a gift pack on my way back home from work
