Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology

Very disappointing experience. On April 27 I called in to Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology at Byron Bay to have some blood tests done. The nurse (who was very inexperienced put my credit card through twice because she didn't know that it was out of printing paper - what should have been $130.95 for the correct change I ended up being charged twice. As soon as I got home I checked with my bank and sure enough there were 2 charges on my card which totalled $261.90. I immediatelly called the nurse who said she would immediately report it to Accounts and the money would be refunded in 2 days.
