This is the second time I went there and the service is very poor. I presume the older age person is the pharmacist, and she kept chatting while ignoring me despite eye contact. I was made to wait there while she chatted and then she disappeared into a room. Later, an Indian shop girl came forward and I collected the parcel.
I have been to so many pharmacies and never seen such bad and rude services.
I called today at 1250pm and asked what time they are closing, they said 1pm and I said I would be there soon, got there within 5mins and they were already closed. I’m mad because I specifically said I would be there and they said 1pm and closed early despite this. Not happy at all.
I've just had my wisdom teeth out and went to this pharmacy with a script for Panadeine forte (with a repeat) and Nurofen. First thing they say is they can't give me a repeat for the Panadeine forte because I had a concession card? Which is complete bs because I've been working at two pharmacys myself for 5 years and have never ever heard of that. Then next they did was defer my script for NUROFEN as NUPENTIN?! I have no idea how an anti-inflammatory tablet gets confused for an EPILEPSY medication, but I think that pharmacist needs to go to specsavers. Will not be going back there again.
You cant get a repeat for panadeine forte because the government only covers one supply (1 box) of 20 tablets with no repeats,in saying that if you choose to get the prescription with a repeat (force the repeat) you will pay the private price. i.e your concession card wont cover the cost and you will pay alot more for the medication. The only way to get a repeat on panadeine forte and get it covered on your concession card is through a special authority through medicare via your doctor and i highly doubt you will be given that approval for wisdom teeth as it isnt classified as chronic pain
