I wouldn’t recommend this practice, there are many others in the area, pay attention to reviews.
I have been a patient here a while and continuously they have let me down;
1. From a pap smear going terribly wrong from a male doctor,
2. Being misdiagnosed for acid reflux when I had gallstones by two of the doctors here, I had to demand extra tests to be carried out and wasn’t aware this
3. To being charged for a long consult upon receiving normal test results, which should have been bulk billed.

My family and I have attended Summit group for many years. I've always found the reception staff to be corteous and proffessional. Their seems to be a fairly regular turnover of doctors but they have always attended well to whatever ailment I/we are there for. I don't expect a doctor to be my BFF - a degree of dispassion and neutrality is what I expect. If you want fawning and touchy feely try a shoe shop.

No long waits thats the positive . Doctors seem not to be experienced specially the doctors whom i met. Another thing the front staff not at all friendly very arrogant...Bad experience..

I have been here three times and the first two times were fine. Staff are friendly and my doctor was nice. After having just seen another doctor here I will never step foot into this surgery again. The lack of empathy was astounding and I will vote with my feet. This clinic might be okay if you need a med cert for a minor illness but anything more complex, especially any sort of mental health issues, I would stay far away.

I stopped going here because the reception staffs were rude to me and one doctor was rude to me as well. I wasn't happy as when you are feeling unwell it is the last thing you want
