The negative reviews speak for themselves. These guys do absolutely nothing to help after purchasing a vehicle, constant lies is all I got . Ask for mr Mantello himself and you'll always be told he is unavailable even when you clearly know he is . How do I know this you may ask ... personally made a call while standing in the car yard looking at him sitting in his office and being told he isn't in. I'd honestly suggest to go elsewhere
Service Department : I have only ever walked into this dealership half a dozen times and never had a good experience! The management implied that I lied to get a refund on works that should not have been done but was charged for. When questioned about the specifics on the paperwork and how they had been entered wrong, I received 2 responses from them;

I saw staff (used car sales) today to ask for a price on selling my Holden Cruze to Sunbury Holden. They could not have been less interested and made it obvious. I left before they even viewed the car. As someone who purchased my car from Sunbury Holden 3 years ago, and has taken the vehicle there for servicing, this experience was disappointing for the lack of customer service and obviously customer loyalty is not valued.
