Had a very long wait here to be served at a recent visit, however the staff member was very pleasant and able to sort everything out for me (I was expecting to be told I had to talk to somebody else).
A very nice and friendly bank. You never need to wait very long and the staff have always been very friendly. We've applied for finance and they were very accommodating and returned all our calls promptly.
