Waited 50 minutes for my appointment without being told there was going to be a long wait

Always receive professional advice and service at Sunrise Medical Centre, much better now that new management has taken over. My family see's Dr Chaudhry and he is always super thorough, honest and doesnt just give you a prescription if you dont really need one. Would highly recommend him and this practice

My whole family use this medical centre - it bulk bills and you can usually get an appointment on the day that you call - no long waits ever.

Terrible service. I try to only use this medical centre when I can't get into my regular doctor. Booked an appointment for 9am (first appointment of the day) and at 9.20 I asked the person why I had not been seen (as I was the only person in the waiting room!) Only to be told the doctor had not arrived. I asked why they didnt mention that when I arrived they stated 'I dont like to advertise it, its pretty normal of doctors to do this'. I think it was wrong of them not to tell me as I had places to be and couldnt wait around all morning for the doctor to 'rock up'! Didn't get seen until 9.40! Waiting times have been at least 30 minutes any time I have come here even with appointment. Don't recommend.
