The phone service is very bad. I was on hold for a total of 20 minutes with no one coming back to you. I had a phone consultation but when they rang , the phone rung 3 times and the doctor hung up. Very frustrating.

Jan 2021 visit. So I booked for 8am. (Arrived 750am). Doors opened at 8am... it’s 830am and myself 8am and another lady 810am still waiting.
I guess the 2 doctors supposed to be working from 8am either slept in, or are eating donuts in the lunch room? Oh wait - one of the doctors just walked in .... at 830am - and mine just arrived at 834am when appointments for both of them start at 8am.
It’s currently lock down and Saturday so there is no traffic to blame .... just lazy and disrespectful of their patients.... I always heard this was the worst doctors clinic in the area - and I guess now I have a better idea ...read more

Been going there since I was 15. That's now 13yrs. Great doctors and appointments generally on time.

Very disappointed long wait even a appointment very rude staff worst place to be when you are sick

Really disappointed!!! 1 hour wait, 2 mins consultation, no checking for regular patient’s history, simply just prescribed something useless (same medication that doesn’t work on my condition from previous consultation). Throw away the prescription on the way back. Certainly they are lack of concern for their patient!
