10,000km service. Chain set too loose, tyre pressures not done, cooland level not adjusted, stipped a bolt on the tank cover.. but wait for it.. 2.4L oil used instaed of the 3.0L required. fool who 'runs' the workshop argued that there is no way it was wrong even though i had a video of it being drained as i felt something was up. had bike 'serviced' there as i was on a ride from Sydney. He offered to have a look or give some credit for future work.. yeah sure.. I live in Sydney. avoid at all costs
Hi all, I sent my new Ducati Supersport in show room condition to the nearest Ducati dealer to me who was Sunstate motorcycles. It went in for a simple quick shifter fault. well little did i know at the time that they are a new dealer with limited ducati training an knowledge. Things went from bad to worse. the bike ended up being disabled and having a complete wiring loom replacement it has been 11 weeks and i still dont have my bike back. The customer service has been terrible and i have been treated as if its all my fault for taking the bike to them in the first place. When it comes to repairs and customer service i have never come across a worse dealer. do yourself a favour and stear well clear of these guys.
Hi all,
Be very careful dealing with these guys! Yes they have a great range of new bike but when it comes time for repairs they are absolutely useless!!!! The rude service manager that just yaps on and doesn't listen did not want to help and did his best to brush me off. They had the bike for a month and did nothing to rectify my problem. When I came to pick it up they told me they had fixed it but actually done more damage to the fender and blamed me for it. The bike is only 3 months old. Ben from sales was great but after waiting 3 months for an exhaust and 1 months for parts to show up not to mention them ordering the wrong parts... the bike had the work done but the repairs had not been touched. I would highly recommend doing your research before purchasing anything or having them do any work on your bike!
I realy wish ihad read your review befor i sent my bike in for a simple quick shifter fault which should have just been a replacment part under warranty. They ended up stuffing the bike its taken over 11 weeks, they had to replace the complete wiring loom on a new motorcycle and they dont give a stuff as if its my fault. they then wanted to send it back to me with no tail light, indercators or numberplate. They could not have tested it for safty and i dont have any faith that they know what they are doing. They do not care.
