We were sent here from the Lawnton store to get a seat cover for our new car. We paid for it and took it home. We didn't get a chance to actually put the cover on for about 4 weeks and when we did, we realised it was wrong. We couldn't find the receipt and didn't know what to do. Today, almost 4 months after buying it, we needed to go back to the store for something. We took the seat cover and explained. The man, Alex, was fabulous. He said he would take the cost off our purchase for the day and give us change if we needed it. We chose what we wanted and it worked out that we needed to oay $5 more. This was of course fine. We bought wiper arms and they fitted them on the car for us.
I know this is probably the service that is expected by some, but we were very happy with the result, since we didn't have proof of sale.
I would strongly recommend Super Cheap Auto for all auto purchases, xmas gift ideas especially.
