Each and every time I visit this place it just gets worse and worse. I think to myself when I arrive ... has it changed or finally improved. But sadly it's ALWAYS the same. The clothing is strewn around everywhere. Things are on the floor, off their hangers, or in the wrong place.
The staff are extremely unhelpful they may as well be non existent, they act like kids under 10 and are more concerned with gossipping and flirting with the occasional pretty boy male that works as a "guard" ( I honestly don't understand why they don't have proper security guards standing out front if they are so concerned with thieves.) than helping out their customers.
The change rooms are awful with no privacy and it is obvious other customers aren't satisfied with their flimsy curtains either as there is so much gum stuck to the curtains in order to "lock" them to the walls so to speak.
