I was not happy with the service provided. My laptop has a simple virus and rather than the provision of necessary advice, they suggest we purchase a new laptop. My laptop is only 5 weeks old, I am very devastated as this is a laptop which is for university and work and is need immediately.
took in my Acer laptop which my girl friend dropped on the floor and after taking to these guys they found the motherboard & hard drive had been damaged badly because of my financial difficulty they accepted a trade in with a 2nd hand toshiba laptop with similar specs for $200 and installed my vodafone stick and got me up and running again. I lost all my data but couldn't do much and was told it would be expensive to retrieve old photos so he gave back me the hard drive if in case i want to recover photos in the future, very honest approach - recommend to all.
My Mac's Entourage mail program kept freezing with the rainbow mouse and on public holidays they were the only open ones after ringing few places In less then 20 minutes probem was fixed and problem e-mails were deleted and showed me what to do next time same things happen. my only computer shop from now on.
