Amazing ocean views excellent roomy white apartment. Only thin kitchen not well equipped lacked cutlery.But the pools and all facilities were fantastic. Would definitely go again

I'll echo everyone else "Don't bother". After having to deal with a call that was literally disgusting I was contacted by David Muir the General Manager and even the General Manager's customer service was a disgrace. Just horrible people that do not value customers wanting to have a holiday.

I echo others in saying the customer service was really poor for this company. When we checked in for a four night stay we were told that the bins were full and we should just put our rubbish in the neighbours bins. This proved a real inconvenience and when we complained were effectively told by the office that they should've organised a skip to clear the bins. We requested a partial credit to our account given the inconvenience and were told no. Terrible response, terrible customer service.

I would never recommend anyone to rent a house through this company. The worst customer service I have ever experienced and what was meant to be an amazing holiday with friends for a wedding was nearly ruined by Surf Coast Rentals lack of empathy & support.

Terrible customer service and complete lack of care for the properties as well.

The property 1/28 Darian Rd - Torquay, was very dirty with many things broken & damaged (including blinds we couldn't open, broken stools etc) so I called them to notify as their policies are very strict. Moments later I opened the dishwasher to find MOULDY smelly dishes inside! We kept stumbling across more dirt & more damage. I called again to ask permission to throw the mouldy dishes in the bin, they said sorry but no offer of anything else.
