Surfers City Holden have to be the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. The worst service, I purchased my vehicle from them it had 1 bald tyre and it took a great deal of arguing to get them to replace the tyre, with that I have 4 different tyres on the car.
I took the car in for a service and they told me the car would be done by 11am ant 3.30pm they still havent finished, and they come up to my and say there is a whole heap of other things wrong with the car. ...read more
I took my car in to be serviced recently and it was so easy! I just called them to book and they could do the service the following day. I dropped the car in before work and I usually find this process pretty scary but I didn't even have to go into the workshop. They then have a shuttle service to drop you off at work and I picked my car up at 5pm. The whole process was simple, they did a great job and were a friendly team.
I recently took my son to look at Holdens at this dealership. We made it quite clear from the start to the salesman that we were not looking to buy yet but we wanted to get an idea of what you could get for your money. I expected the salesman to just walk away and leave us to it but instead he walked us around and pointed out different things on the cars we liked and gave us the latest brochures to take home. I was surpised at how helpful he was considering he knew we weren't there to buy. If we decide to purchase a Holden down the track, I would certainly go back there.
