Best sushi train in Brisbane! I have been going there for a good few years now, sometimes even once or twice a week. I always order their seared scallops which are incredible! The quality of this restaurant is so much better than many other sushi trains out there.
The staff are great, so polite, friendly and helpful, every time. Nothing is too much trouble. The new refurbishment is fantastic and only adds to whole experience.
The other aspect I love is that I can easily drop in for a meal on my way in or out of visiting Carindale shopping centre. I would much prefer to do this than battle the crowds in the food courts at Carindale. Don't hesitate to visit this restaurant, you will be so glad you did!
I have visited Sushi Station many times before and always thought it a little average. The staff are always rude, the shop is not the cleanest, but the food is normally really good. BUT after last weeks visit to the shop I will NEVER return. I went in to quickly grab some take away as the shop was opening with my son who loves watching the train go round. We were patiently waiting for the train to get to us when it stopped just short of where I was standing, the staff who had seated us started getting rude. They then proceeded to throw the pile of lids they were holding at the counter, and stormed out of the shop. When they returned to the store I told them how disgusting their display was, they apoplogised in a kind of laughing tone. I stormed out of the store, minus my sushi, only to be followed to my car by one of the staff who tried to apologise?? I swear I will never again visit this place and neither should anyone else. Try the new sushi train on Cavendish Rd ...read more
