I have eaten at this sushi train restaurant multiple times for at least 4 years. However during 2017 my family and I have attempted to dine-in or takeaway food from this establishment, and we have been left disappointed. We've returned a few times, as we hoped that the issues we encountered were rare. But this was not the case.
Some separate examples included waiting up to an 1 hour to be seated, recieiving the wrong takeaway meals and/or arriving to pick-up takeaway orders only for them to be forgotten and having to wait for the order to be made (an additional 40mins). Some staff have apologised for these mishaps, and others have treated us rudely. We have decided to not return again, as we feel we have given them enough chances.
