Susi is a genius with colour. She transformed my Asian hair to a beautiful platinum blonde without a hint of orange - something I thought I was impossible! She's also made a fiery redhead & a gorgeous brunette. There's no shade that Susi can't work her magic with!!
Recently Maria has been managing the salon & she has learnt well from Susi. My hair is now a beautiful ombre & I love it! I always receive compliments about my fabulous hair & I never hesitate to refer friends & family to Susi Hairko.
On top of that, the team at Susi Hairko are absolutely lovely & I have received terrific service from Susi & Maria every single visit for the last 4 years. Even when Maria was managing the salon on her own one day, she was nothing but apologetic at having to rush my appointment a little more than usual. Nevertheless my hair still received excellent treatment. I highly recommend Susi Hairko!

I used to go to this hair Salon at the previous location many years ago and loved the service. I recently moved back to the area and tried out the new Salon. I loved it again. I will be returning. The prices are amazing for the services I received and colour match was perfect. I used to pay $270 in QLD for my colour and cut. It was $160 there and it has caused less damage then previously. I also bought Shampoo/conditioner & styling product walking out paying less than $220. My hair has never felt better. I'm so glad to be back in Melbourne. I used to see Susie but she was not available because of family tragedy and was soo happy with the new manager Marie. My condolences to Susie and her family at this time.

I've been going to this salon well over ten years. I'm an awful customer because I frequently go in knowing I want to change things up, but with nothing particular in mind. Susi is UNENDINGLY patient with me and I always come out more than delighted with what we end up with. I love that this is a salon where honesty and integrity are valued.

Its about 4 years since I started going to Susihairko and I am very happy with both Susi and Maria. Recently Maria has been doing my hair and I think she is excellent with both cutting and coloring. Susi and Maria are a good team and great listeners.
Susi and Maria are also caring persons. Susi held a fund-raising evening for breast cancer, and invited me, as a cancer researcher, to give a talk. I was really impressed with the turnout.
