Think before you sign a contract as their is no way you will get your money back after the expiry of cooling period...
Sutton Holden Homebush
You are very lucky this good dealer gave you a Cooling Off Period because it is very hard to find a dealership who will.
One of their dealers, Mr. D in Holden, asked me to go from Canberra to Sydney to have a deal on trading over my Hyundai i20 with a demo Nissan Juke 2015, in mid November 2016. And he assured me about the price. I drove all the way down to there, and then he said that he is sorry, he can't do that with that price. He asked for 2000 more to get the deal done. Note that I had provided him with the link to my ad in carsales during our emails and contracts.
He made me drive more than 500 km a day for nothing.
I recently booked a holden astra rsv, i wanted to trade my BMW..They never gave me the trade in price for my car until the contract was signed..thy told me that the metallic paint and tint will be free..but they charged me..whn i wanted to cancel the contract , the manager was very rude..twisting his words for his convenience..calls u a stupid (sarcastically)..sales rep will hide behind a wall whn u r speaking with the manager..i will never recommend anyone to sutton's homebush..thr r plenty of dealers out there who r very open and thy give u the deal clear cut..so u can decide whether to go ahead or not..i went to sutton's chullora the very same week..thy gave a clear breakdown figure with which i can decide..whn asked manager in homebush abt the same..he was sarcastic again saying tht u agreed to the changeover deal and i dont have to give u a breakdown figure.. thy only want ur money..thy dont want to give customer service in return..
