Swan Veterinary Hospital

It was my first time at Swan Vets and sitting in the waiting room with approx 25 people my first thought was omg! I could not believe how efficient this team of people were. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Michaela . You treated me with kindness and compassion and explained everything to me without rushing me in and out. I can see the team at swan vets do what they love. Not for money but a true passion for animals. My cat I have adored for 13 1/2 years was diagnosed with a heart problem and we are on limited time now. It was such a hard day yesterday with this news but It made it easier knowing he was in the right hands.

Thank you for operating on Jacko Davey today! Such an affordable price for his grumpy old pensioner owner. Much appreciated. You lot are like "Call the midwives" for animals! Happy New Year!

Had a recent visit expecting to see Original Vet George Huber / Was abruptly told by reception staff he no longer works at Practice and can see another vet- But Can't make an appointment as Swan Vet Policy is a non appointment walk in type set up/ and looking around me- I saw more than 20 people waiting Already, Plus I was informed if an "Emergency" comes in, that is seen first.!!? So Approx wait time I could get out of the Impatient reception staff member was at least 1 Hour to 1 Hour 30 Mins, (If No Emergency- Then Longer as that will take Precedence).!
When I paused to make further enquiries as to why so long a Wait time/ How many Vets on ? Etc, I was accosted suddenly by a rude woman whom said she's the Manager Name Tanya, and if the wait times don't suit me- Then maybe I should seek Veterinary care elsewhere ...read more
