Swimart Lindfield

I rang the new team at Swimart Lindfield. They were really helpful, fast to return calls and managed to troubleshoot over the phone.

Run a mile! Their trades tried to gouge me for more $$$ after completing the job although a written quote was agreed upon. Poor quality and after sales service, Gareth will promise to look after you, then refuse to answer your calls. There are plenty of good operators out there, avoid these guys at all costs.

Slack service. I spoke to Swimart Lindfield about buying a pool cover. The management came to my home and measured the pool but seemed much more interested in trying to up-sell stuff like a new pool pump. After I declined the up-selling they said they will email me a quote for the cover. A week and a half later I've received nothing. I left a phone message at the end of last week but they haven't bothered to return my call. That's about as terrible as customer service gets. Not recommended.

The customer service is appalling. I bought a Nautilus Pool Cleaner from them 2 years ago. At the start of this Summer, the drive motor gave out (which is pretty dreadful in itself given that the cleaner was only being used once a fortnight through summer months). I took it into them and 3 weeks later it is still not ready for collection, they cannot give me a repair price and they cannot confirm when the necessary spare parts will arrive. I have had to follow them up repeatedly and they always confirm that they will get back to me shortly but never do. I will never deal with them again.

We had been having many problems with our swimming pool losing water. We had tried getting help from a few other pool shops but had had no success. Our neighbours recommended Swimart Lindfield and we decided to give it a go. Swimart Lindfield gave us a full fact sheet on testing to see if it was a leak or simply evaporation. We did the test and after finding that we did have a leak we called them back to get them to come and fix the leak. They quickly diagnosed the leak and went on to fix it in the same day. We were worried that the bill was going to be enormous but it ended up being a quarter of what we had expected. Thanks so much Swimart. I just wish I had come to you guys earlier!
