Switch Lifestyle
Running out of places to try and enjoy a good decent dinner with my family. We decided to give Switch at water gardens a try. I ordered the pulled pork burger, my husband a seafood salad and my son spaghetti. It was about 6pm and the restaurant being so big made it look so empty. We were seated near the window because we didn't have a reservation but we didn't mind. I was craving pulled pork and hoping my meal would satisfy the craving however I must say I make better pulled pork be caused it was quite bland, not juicy or didn't have the sauce dripping from it. Eatable but not satisfying. My husband also didn't very much enjoy his salad, hoping it would be a gourmet given it was a seafood one but the portion was quite small. My son didn't finish his spaghetti so I did given the price we paid and that also wasn't tasty. The variety on their menu looks appealing but the meals we ordered weren't top. We were very disappointed today at Watergardens Switch Lifestyle.
just after finishing our meals at our Xmas function being told that our table was double booked, as if to say we had to hurry on by the management.
This is the most unprofessional action that I have ever experienced.
It was not our fault of the double booking and when I had confirmed the booking was not advised that there was a time limit involved. had we had known then we would have left by the agreed arrangement.
But for the management to embarrass itself with their action was very unprofessional, considering the venue was more than 3 quarters empty anyway. I now know the reason why the other competition restaurants and cafes nearby were thriving.
The waiters were very good, shame about the management.
Very disappointing and no apology!!!!!!!
