The staff working at the hospital are really caring and helpful when I've had to come in with my cat. Very informative and all the nurses take care of all the animals. The only thing is they do charge through the roof. They are open a bit later than other vets around, which is helpful when it's an emergency.

I booked my schnauzer in for a cut , and they called me trying to charge more money than their already super expensive rates, I refused to pay and told them I would pick up my dog uncut , they told me not to worry and would do the standard schnauzer cut anyway. When I picked up my dog she was badly shaved bald and had cuts on her feet. I could have done better myself at home with normal clippers for free. Extremely bad experience for my poor puppy!
