I went to see Dr. Allison Ward at a point when I was extremely depressed (unable funtion, hopeless - unable to eat, sleep etc) and felt like I had no way out. I specifically went to her because for her expertise in "management of mental health problems and enjoys understanding the psychological basis of disease." I found her to be dismissive generally. She said I would be fine. When I asked for a referral and recommendation to a psychologist she said we have one here. I asked if they were experienced.. She replied that the pracitioner had worked all around Sydney over the last year. This was most unhelpful and obviously not comforting. While I cannot speak to her clinical proficency in other areas, her manner (which bordered annoyed) and medical advice was not in the least bit helpful.

been going here for awhile it is pretty handy for a bulk bill in the city. You can usually get an appointment on the day you call. they dont make you wait long. This is a place to either get blood test done or if you need a spritct for something in particular as they are an in/ out kind of place. no the knid of place that help you find the cause of your promblem more a reactive medical centre.

Avoid this practice.

Handy to pop to during work hours need. Wouldnt be the best doctors I have been to but is super handy. everything is bulk bill including pathology which some places charge for. you can either drop in or make an appointment again handy for work hours. Wouldn't be my first choice for my family doctor but if you are under the weather and need a doctor quick this is the place to go.

I have been here for a couple of times because I live nearby and my regular GP was not available at the time. Waiting time is long, and GP tried to get you out as soon as possible. Went the GP get to see me, the GP didnt ask any question and was uncaring. My experiences with other GPs of the same place were pretty much the same, unimpressed. I guess that is why they bulk-bill
