Buyer beware. Incorrectly advertised an item and would not honour a missing part due to their advertising error. Wanted to charge me another $400. Tried to work it out with them and they refused any effort at a compromise. This is an example of why not to support local business.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would! DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

The crooked salesman "Nathan" in particular, should be avoided at all costs. After reading similar reviews, I realized I'm not the only one who has had this experience with him!

Just had my first service done on my new bike I bought from them this week and was very happy with the service - lent me a bike for the day while mine was being serviced which help a lot to get to and from work -would recommend.

Attended this store last Tuesday (03 September 2014) with a workmate who was buying parts for his Suzuki. I've never rode a bike before and was keen to look around the store in case I decided to get my Learners Licence anytime soon.

Took a good look around and instantly got served by a sales rep by the name of Matthew. He took the time to understand my needs and showed me all the learners bikes. I was really impressed with the range they had to offer, which also now makes my job harder on deciding what to choose.

Contrary to a previous review at this location, I found these guys to be very helpful with some great customer service. Will even return to this same location if I decide to buy one.....hopefully a nice red Honda CBR500.

The prices of new motorcycles is extremely overpriced here, compared to other dealerships, and quality customer service doesn't seem to exist there.
