Sydney falls and balance clinic provides a holistic assessment to evaluate falls in patients above the age of 65 years. Team consists of a geriatrician, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietician and a nurse. Computerised falls and balance assessment is done and depending on the outcome, patient is referred for a rehabilitation program up to 12 weeks. Osteoporosis diagnosis and management is also provided as a part of falls management.
