Sydney Hi-tech Auto Electrical

During the routine service of my car at a very popular auto mechanic; I was told that I need to get a part replaced with an extra cost of $700. Being a novice and having no clue as to what that part was or did, I went to Sydney HiTech for a second opinion and a second quote. It was there that I was informed that that my car doesn't even have that part (which is only found in older car models). I am very thankful to friendly team at Sydney HiTech for giving me honest feedback at NO extra cost while I was being robbed by my usual mechanic. I highly recommend and appreciate these guys and am their regular customer.

I had my car regassed and a new battery fitted by Sydney HiTech. They were wonderful, I got very quick service, a cup of coffee while I waited. This was all done in about one hour, when I had been told by the place I usually go it would take a day.
Elias and his father run a company with the kind of service we all would love to receive but rarely do.
Highly recommend them.

I am the owner of a 1999 Mercedes Benz S500L, which is serviced and fully maintained by Tim Kandemir of Automotive Hospital at Haberfield but is closed until 9th January. The cars aircon "died" completely, most uncomfortable with the heat here so Tim being in the US where my email caught up with him there was ever so helpful. He ever so kindly called Elias of Sydney Hi-Tech Auto Electric in Croydon Thursday 29th December and made an appointment for me at 9:00am Friday 30th Dec.

I kept the appoiment and brought the car in, explained all I knew and Elais explained the problems with parts as all the suppliers he called were closed until after New Year break.
