Extremely poor customer service. The pide was at least 2 weeks old but was sold as fresh. The staff kept persuading us to order more!
No Eftpos facility with no sign warning the customers. The lemon served was rotten and the kebab bread was very dry. I don't recommend it to anyone. For customers who visit the area try looking around for any other restaurant.
Bad customer service ever... Ive just called to order a snack box for delievry.. In one breath i was told that min delievery amount was $20... Im home alone and ordered a snack box which is $11 and order two bottles of drink which would have made it 20dollars... And they said no i had to order more food... Like wtf... I didnt need more food... Useless place... Do not order !!
I 100% agree with your comment below. Very disappointing customer service. I was pursuaded numerous times to purchase more!
For example, the staff asked, do you like larger size, drinks etc when I clearly said No!
Only concerned with their check and balance and doesn't regard customers as customers. :(
Very poor customer service and communication skills when pizza orders are made over the phone. At each order, delivered pizzas are cooked at an unsatisfactory level of standard: pepperoni meat topping smells off and leaves a foul after-taste. Pizza Base was half cooked to a point where the entire pizza was completely inedible. Don't waste your time or your money ordering pizza from them.
