We also offer Nutritional services. Our dietitian Michelle has been practising for several years in both Sydney and the US. She is passionate about weight control (weight loss, weight gain) and assisting those with special dietary concerns.

Acupuncture is part of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a branch of natural medicine thousands of years old. It works on the Qi, or energy, of the body. Qi flows through pathways known as 'meridians' and pools in these meridians at certain points close to the surface, known as acupuncture points. The meridians connect all the organs of the body, and by inserting a fine needle into an acupuncture point, it will have an effect on the related organ.

Our specialist Hypnotherapist practises a therapy designed for smokers trying to quit. This is a 60-90 minute session and has a lifetime guarantee; if you continue smoking after your treatment you can return again free of charge. It involves a combination of hypnosis and NLP and is a treatment tailored specifically for smokers.

Counselling aims to provide guidance and clarity for an individual or couple, particularly if they have become 'stuck' and are lacking insight to effectively assist themselves.
