Do not buy from SWEA!! Dishonest criminal behaviour. Sold us the wrong part but invoiced us for the right part and refused to fix the problem said thats just what we asked for which is a blatant lie. So unethical we are still in shock. have lost a lot of money. Save yourself money and heartache and go elsewhere. you will thank yourself.
Bought a bonnet for my Audi tt.
Staff told me its a 'clean' bonnet and should arrive within 3 working days.
Took more than 2 weeks and bonnet had deep scratches and required panel beating.
Upon calling them back. They told me Its not their responsibility since the courier handled it. Never again I'm buying anything from them.
I'm sorry that you had that happen, I had a really good experience twice, with the quote adjusted down and good value labour and parts charge. I just had to reply even though I don't usually participate to redress the balance of an unfavourable review as they were completely the opposite. Very nice people.
